Mauro Bonifacio’s frame is something that will catch any scout’s eye, he’s already built like the prototypical power hitting outfielder. He showed off his ability to drive the ball to all fields with authority. Bonifacio’s swing is smooth and generates power without much effort. He also displayed pretty good speed clocking in at 6.88 in the 60-yard dash. Even if the speed doesn’t translate to a ton of steals it should earn him more than enough extra base hits. Coupled with his speed and his ability to hit, Mauro brings along a very strong arm, which will suit him well in either right or left field.
